Our philosophy is to bring together enthusiastic people to deliver practical, flexible and proactive public health design and management services, unencumbered with bureaucracy and totally focused upon public health engineering.

We aim to consult and listen to the needs of our clients in order to provide a first class service, aiming to be at the forefront of new creative, innovative and efficient designs, such as vacuum drainage and the promotion of rainwater harvesting and reed bed water treatment systems.

NLG operates on a flat management structure, all team members are of senior or intermediate level, and retain responsibility for the overall delivery of their projects. It is company policy that ownership of a project is retained from inception to completion.
