Spotlight youth centre was constructed close to the development of Langdon Park School which uses the youth centre for additional classrooms and facilities such as drama and the auditorium space for productions as well as music technology

The development included 2 large box forms reaching 14m high to provide a magnificent performance space.  A central atrium is the main focal point and runs the full height of the building.

The Project aimed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.
